Diamond Signature is assisting a private client in Dubai with the recruitment of an experienced Butler to support the smooth running of a prestigious private residence. The successful candidate will deliver personalised service, maintain impeccable standards and ensure that the client’s daily requirements and entertaining arrangements are handled with discretion.This position is suited to a polished, service-oriented professional who can anticipate needs, coordinate effectively with household staff and create a welcoming environment for guests.

Main duties & responsibilities

Working closely with the household team, the Butler will oversee personal service and ensure that the residence is consistently prepared to the client’s expectations. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide attentive personal and table service, including preparation for private dinners and special occasions.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, refreshments and entertaining arrangements in line with the client’s preferences.
• Prepare dining and reception areas, ensuring presentation, service equipment and supplies are maintained to a high standard.
• Liaise with household staff to organise daily schedules, service requirements and special requests.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the client’s routines and preferences while protecting the privacy of the household.

Candidate requirements

Candidates should have previous experience in a private residence, luxury hotel or comparable hospitality environment and formal Butler training would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be discreet, observant and exceptionally well organised, with the ability to remain composed when priorities change. Excellent spoken English is required; additional languages are beneficial.

Salary & benefits

The anticipated salary is AED 240,000–300,000 gross per annum, depending on experience and suitability. The proposed package includes furnished accommodation, meals whilst on duty, medical insurance and assistance with employment visa arrangements. Relocation assistance may be available for an overseas candidate. All benefits, working hours and accommodation arrangements will be confirmed in the final written employment offer.
