A private Italian-American family based in Monaco is seeking a live-in Governor/Governess to oversee the education and personal development of their three children, aged 7, 10, and 13. The family travels extensively during school holidays across Europe and the United States, and the Governor/Governess must be willing and prepared to accompany them.

The 7-year-old is curious and lively, full of energy and imagination, constantly exploring new interests. The 10-year-old is thoughtful, independent, and enjoys intellectual challenges, thriving when given structured learning opportunities. The 13-year-old is bright, socially aware, and creative, enjoying both academic pursuits and cultural experiences. Each child also has a dedicated tutor, and the Governor/Governess will work closely with them, coordinating learning plans, reinforcing concepts, and helping maintain consistency across all subjects. The role requires strong teamwork, clear communication, and a collaborative approach with tutors and household staff.

The tutors and Governor/Governess will accompany the family on travels, ensuring routines and educational continuity while adapting to different environments and experiences.This is a full-time, live-in position with comfortable accommodation provided on the Monaco residence and during all travels.

The ideal candidate is calm, organised, adaptable, and highly professional, with the ability to anticipate the children’s needs, provide guidance, and inspire confidence and independence. A creative and enthusiastic approach to learning, cultural engagement, and personal development is highly valued. Fluency in English is essential, with knowledge of Italian and/or French considered an advantage.
