I am looking for a warm, experienced and caring nanny to join our family and look after our three children, based at our home in Milan, Italy.

We are an international family and travel regularly throughout Europe, so the role will involve travelling with us at different times of the year.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and who is caring, reliable, discreet and confident. Previous experience with children of different ages is important, as is the ability to create a happy and well-structured environment for them.

We have a small household team who work very well together, and maintaining the warm and harmonious atmosphere within the household is very important to us. We are therefore looking for someone who is respectful, easy to work with and enjoys being part of a team.

Fluent, native-level English is essential. Italian would be a lovely bonus, although it is not essential.

This is a long-term position for someone who would enjoy becoming part of a warm family environment while maintaining a professional approach.
